One of the most popular tourist sites in Portland, Oregon is the International Rose Test Gardens.
They are “the oldest official continuously operated public rose garden in the United States.”  The rose gardens, as they are affectionately called, are well worth a visit.  These pictures were taken in September, 2005 on a visit to my husband’s family.
