Posted here is an article written by Margret Miller of Cathlament, WA, which discusses her experiences while following the LCNHT as a member of the support crew for the Discovery Expedition of St. Charles (DESC) during the last year of the Lewis and Clark Bicentennial.  It was originally published in Longview, WA’s, Daily News in May 2007 and was republished in our Chapter’s newsletter in January 2008.
